Joe & Kelly, husband & wife, are the founders, owners & operators of JET Inflight Catering. They have over 10 years of culinary and private aviation experience.
Joe Quinn, Executive Chef, creates all of the delectable dishes and culinary creations that combine classic French technique and the newest trends and flavors in the food scene. He leads our culinary team with the mindset that each passenger or crew member is the single most important client. He strives to produce the finest cuisine for you and your guests.
Kelly Quinn, Account Services, is the cheerful voice you hear on the other end of the phone when you call to place your order or make inquires. She also handles the day to day emails, orders and billing. Kelly served as a Corporate Flight Attendant for over 10 years and can assist in any questions regarding aircraft specific space and flight attendant needs. When she isn’t busy in the office, you can find her making all the sweet treats and custom confections we offer!
VAN GILES / NORTH CAROLINA
Van Giles grew up with a passion for food. Surrounded by high-end eateries on New York’s Upper East Side, he got his start in the culinary industry working after-school jobs at catering companies and fine dining establishments. He learned quickly to appreciate delicacies like King Salmon and Crème Brûlée, among many others. His passion for creating delicious meals is matched only by his desire to exceed the expectations of his clients. Van embraces the mantra, “Life is too short to eat mediocre food.” Bon appetit!
